About Me

Hi, I'm Rebecca.

I love creating, I thrive on experimentation, and I’m energized by transforming my ideas into reality, and especially by helping others do the same. I’m fascinated by how we can shape tools, systems, and spaces to foster not only creativity and innovation, but also community and hands-on learning.

In May I’ll be graduating with a B.A. in Media Arts and Sciences and a minor in Psychology from Wellesley College, where I also serve as the student manager of the Knapp Makerspace and Multimedia Center. Through leading workshops, guiding hands-on trainings, and offering project guidance, I help patrons unlock new ways of making and thinking.

When I’m not working through a stack of post-its, creating an intricately color-coded mind map, or experimenting with a new making method, you can probably find me with either a frisbee, guinea pig, or iced coffee in hand.

Feel free to check out some of my work or get in touch!

Rebecca Friedman
